Patrick Barden

Mr. Barden is responsible for transaction analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and monitoring of portfolio companies in his role at BP Energy Partners (BPEP).

 Prior to joining BPEP, Mr. Barden was an Associate at PetroCap, where he focused on evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments in oil & gas, solar, and battery storage.

 Prior to his tenure with PetroCap, Mr. Barden was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s energy investment banking group in Houston. He began his career as a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate within KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.

 Mr. Barden graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and a Master’s in Financial Management. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
