William "Billy" Bailey

Mr. Bailey is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction analysis, due diligence, and portfolio company oversight in his role at BP Energy Partners (BPEP). 

Prior to joining BP Energy Partners (BPEP), he founded Saltstone Capital Management in 2016, an investment management firm focused on the energy value chain, including green tech companies. 

Previously, Mr. Bailey worked for more than six years for the late T. Boone Pickens at BP Capital, where he was a Portfolio Manager for the BP Capital Energy Horizons Fund. He was a member of BP Capital’s Investment Committee, monitored and managed private investments, and worked closely with Mr. Szewczyk. 

Mr. Bailey graduated cum laude with a BS in finance from the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama.
