Ms. Nolley is responsible for supporting the BP Energy Partners team along with certain back office procedures and fund administration activities.  Prior to her current role with BP Energy Partners, Ms. Nolley held a similar role with the power development team at BP Capital.  Ms. Nolley began her career in the energy industry with TXU Corporation in 2003.

Prior to 2003, Ms. Nolley had a 20 year career in human resources management and was responsible for recruiting and hiring, policies and procedures, benefits and employee relations.

Ms. Nolley received a Bachelor of Social Work and an M.S. in Sociology, both from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
