Mr. Hufsmith is responsible for transaction analysis, financial modeling, due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining BP Energy Partners, Mr. Hufsmith was an Analyst with portfolio company Mesa Natural Gas Solutions where he was responsible for financial modeling, market research and analysis of M&A transactions. Prior to Mesa, Mr. Hufsmith was a Summer Analyst with BP Energy Partners and Summer Intern with Scotiabank in their sales and trading division.

Mr. Hufsmith graduated magna cum laude from the New York University Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
