Mr. Garden is the outside General Counsel for BP Energy Partners and its affiliates and has been practicing law for 30 years. Mr. Garden substantially oversees the legal matters relating to BP Energy Partners and its affiliates.

Mr. Garden's background and expertise are focused on investment fund formation, governance and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, securities financings, securities laws compliance, and general corporate counseling.

Mr. Garden is admitted to the bar in Texas and currently practices law at Block Garden & McNeill, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm located in Dallas, Texas, that he co-founded in 2007.

Mr. Garden graduated with honors in 1984 from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School in 1987.
